“Jenny knows us so well - she always gets it just right” – Karen

We’ve been booking holidays with Jenny for years now. Every time, it’s the same easy process: I give her a rough idea of dates, budget and what we’re thinking, and then leave it with her. Jenny does the research and presents us with a few options to choose from - peace of mind that it’s all professionally handled.

This year, we wanted a mix of excitement and sightseeing, so we decided on Las Vegas and San Francisco.

For Vegas, we returned to The Strat, hotel we’d stayed at before. We loved its location - on the strip but slightly away from the hustle and bustle, and not far from old Vegas either. It was just what we wanted.

San Francisco was a first for me, and from the minute we arrived, I fell in love with the place. We ticked off all the classic sights: biking across the Golden Gate Bridge (and taking the ferry back - a magical experience!), hopping on and off the historic trams with a handy day pass, and visiting the sea lions at Pier 39.

Some of my favourite moments? Strolling down the winding Lombard Street, dining on incredible seafood and even spotting driverless cars - a first for me!

We stayed at the Caza Hotel right at the start of Fisherman’s Wharf. The location was perfect, and although the room was basic, the hotel gave us discount cards for nearby restaurants, which was a nice touch.

I didn’t visit Alcatraz but saw it up close from the ferry, which was enough for me.

Back in Vegas, I had an unforgettable night watching Postcard from Earth at the Sphere - an incredible and interactive show that I’d recommend to anyone.

The only downside to the trip was the 4-hour layover in Atlanta. We were pretty shattered by that point, but I understand it’s because there are no direct flights from Manchester.

We loved every minute of our trip. In fact, we were already talking about our next adventure - maybe Chicago and Vegas - before we even got home!

Jenny truly knows us so well. When she visited a boutique hotel earlier this year, she immediately thought of us and sent me details. That personal touch, her loyalty and her exceptional service are why we always come back to her.
